RPA Presales Engineer
Designation: RPA Presales Engineer
Experience: 1 To 5 Years
Responsibilities :
- Graduates in Computer Science with knowledge of basic programming – minimum experience in programming of at least 2 years in UiPath/Automation Anywhere/Blue Prism
- Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in software industry
- Previous pre-sales experience is a plus
- Business process minded with good presentation and communication skills
- An ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff (end users / process teams) in a way that is easy to understand
- Excellent communication skills with expert level
- Responsible for end to end pre-sales activity for a customer
- Support sales team on RFP/RFI responses, customer presentation, conduct customer specific personalised demos and deliver high impact POCs
- Participate in client interactions during the deal process to better understand the context and design client specific RPA solutions
- Create, update and maintain RPA use case repository
- Execution of the companys sales strategy to ensure over-achievement of the associated revenue and business objectives.
- Build and deliver tailored industry specific demos for new prospects and clients
- Be an evangelist of the company automation tools by identifying customer needs and showcasing the best solution
- Build solutions for different industry landscapes
- Learn the benefits of new exciting technologies and how to integrate with the company
- Develop automation robots for industry specific usage.
- Develop workflows and projects for specific use cases by integrating with different application and products;
- Work closely with Product team at improvement of the core functionalities and adding external technologies to the company ecosystem.
