Experience: 4+ Years

Responsibilities :

• Experience in at least 2 years in UiPath/Automation Anywhere/Blue Prism/Workfusion RPA tools
• Expert in multiple domains such as (Finance, Insurance, Media, Automobile) etc
• Experience in Advances Analytics, predictive analytics, Machine learning & Data science
• Experience with maintainable, extensible, high performance data warehouse application architectures.
• Confident operating within an agile development processes.
• Minimum 2+ years in RPA, Solution Design, Data Warehouse, Modeling and Business Intelligence experience.
• 3+ years Business Analysis experience.
• Understanding and passion for data quality.
• Identifies critical issues with ease.
• Exhibits confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems.
• Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of client’s organization and industry.
• Identifies client organization’s strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement.
• Creates requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
• Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements.
• Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
• Takes input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback.
• Communicates and applies project standards.
• Develops relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.
• Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management.
• Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
• Manages client expectations effectively
• Analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.
